Description of Sealed form:

The sealed mode of the blade resembles a Wakisashi. the blade is only about 16 inches, with a hilt of ten inches. The hilt is wrapped in gold and black wrappings with small designs woven into the material. The hand guard of the blade resembles a pair of birds circling the blade and the sheath is black with golden animals inlaid into it.

Shikai Description:

The blade vanishes, leaving only the hilt left in the hand of the wielder. A loud rush of air surrounds the wielder and begins to whip the ground and uniform in eddies. As the air solidifies it forms small swallow-like shapes that fly around the wielder, led by motions of the wielder's reiatsu and motions of the gripped hilt.

Shikai Properties:

Air and sound control

By wielding Kazekoe properly the wielder gains the ability to channel their reiatsu into speed and form, able to move the air around them and increase their movement. This movement and energy can be used to bend air and sound around them, amplifying air pressure and sound waves into powerful weapons or defenses.
Focusing reiatsu this way leaves the wielder's physical body susceptible to attack, but does increase their speed.

Bankai Release command:

Scream out loudly and cut the earth and sky, Namato Shi Kazekoe (Life and Death Voice of the Wind).

Bankai description:

The air condenses, whipping the ground and wielder's uniform into a frenzy. The sword's hilt grows long and winds around the wielder's arm creating a gauntlet-like armor piece that extends down into her hand similar to a tonfa. The wind picks up and roars around the wielder until it condenses around them. Behind them the figure of a huge bird rises from the ground near their feet and cries out, taking the physical form of a phoenix-like creature with multi-hued plumage. Connecting from the bird's leg to the weapon in the wielder's hand is a golden chain.

Bankai Special Properties:

Same as Shikai as well as reitasu control, absorption and purification. .

Kazekoe can now attack with the physical form it has taken and will rush the enemy with wings producing huge gusts and powerful blasts of air and sound. Reiatsu flows over the wings creating a rainbow effect of near-flame like qualities. These rainbow blasts of Reiatsu can be focused into powerful attacks upon the enemy along with the speedy and powerful attacks of air pressure and sound waves.
Along with these abilities Kazekoe now has the ability to absorb reiatsu from around it, focusing its abilities into even more powerful attacks. If not unchecked, Kazekoe will absorb the very life from everything around it, so an extremely strong soul is needed to control this form. The alternate of this ability is that Kazekoe can, if directed properly, purify tainted reiatsu and use it to heal wounds and repair damage to physical forms.
