April Fool's Day or not, this is annoying. Why would DA forcefully change everyone's avatar to this one?
Whoop-dee-do... This is just going to cause a lot of trouble and complaining, and it's not even a funny prank to pull.
So to the mods of DA... why?
You could have done so much, and instead, you 'rank' people by forcing their avatar into some stupid chatspeak avatar about... mudkips?
What's so funny about that?

In other news... Tut is doing really well! He's still got a little bit of a biting problem, but my uncle is going to help us fix that by giving us (by odd stroke of luck) A black cat that's adopted him.
The reason that's an odd stroke of luck, is because On saturday I went to one of my mom's Co-worker's house to pick up a little black cat she had. But she was busy and didn't have time to let me look at the kitten.
Well, the next day my uncle dropped by with my aunt (whom we were expecting, we weren't expecting Joey to come with Pete) And he noticed we had gotten a new cat.
Joey's an odd person (a little but I agree with him) Who thinks everyone should have a pet. Even if that pet is a goldfish, he thinks everyone should have a pet. So he was kind of upset that I'd not only lost my long time pets of Guido and George to the pet food problem, but that I hadn't gotten even a goldfish.
Well, he was really excited that we had Tut, and he recognized (like I did) That Tut's biting was just his version of playing, and he said, a bit out of the blue, that he had been adopted by a little cat, but that his wife (Dottie) wouldn't let him keep it because of their older cat and their poodle, and that if I wanted a friend for Tut (As long as I didn't mind a little black cat) That I could have it.
*chuckles* This was so fortuitous, since the other black cat hadn't come through. And this one is apparently very friendly and will even jump into your arms. Which is cool.

Clubs I'm in!

It's about three in the morning and my mom just dropped in from work to bring me a present.
A new kitten!
It's a little Egyptian Mau that was apparently dropped off at the college and found his way to the police department. He's so adorable!
He's a little silver Mau, with the scarab mark on his forehead and a slight oyster mark on his right flank.
Mom normally doesn't like cats, but this little guy caught her eye with the Ohm mark on his side. It's so cute!
*pets him*
I'm debating between Tut, and Antony for him.
I'll try to get pictures of him up later. but he has these beautiful green eyes, and a really sweet disposition. His purr sounds just like Guido's did, it's this loud rumbling purr (mom describes it as rocks rolling around in his throat) And his wiskers are bi-coloured.
He's so sweet! I don't know who would want to get rid of him. But I'm glad my mom found him and brought him home to me.

I'm 24!
I've made it through 24 years so far, it's been -my- year this year (Year of the pig/boar) And it's been a really good year!
Another year older and I'm so happy. I've had a great birthday so far and I hope everyone everywhere is going to have a great and wonderful day!

1. I am extremely proud of my hair. Despite the fact I keep it covered in a hat all day. I'm very proud that I've never tortured it beyond teasing it for costumes or not brushing it for a week. I've never bleached, coloured, highlighted or done anything horrible to my hair. And I'm very proud of that, because I'm one of the few people in my group of friends (and the only girl I know) that has -never- done anything to my hair but trim it and towel dry it.

2. I hate smoking. I will take my friend's cigs and hide them at every chance I get because I despise the habit and what it does to people.

3. I have a particularly sensitive nose.

4. I am highly entertaining to Chinese people. They find it bloody hilarious that I can say 'hello' 'thank you' and 'may I have chopsticks please?' in Chinese. And they find it even more amusing that I know how to use chopsticks properly.
I don't know why.

5. I was admitted to a psych hospital when I was younger.

6. I have misshapen feet. My ring toe grows above and behind the other bones in my feet, so I leave four-toed footprints.

7. My hands and feet gain better grip when they're wet than when they're dry.

8. I have been lactose intolorant since I was born. I couldn't take breast milk when I was a baby, and now I can't have cow's milk.
I can, however, drink goat's milk and eat goat's milk products. But I have yet to try yak's milk products.

Clubs I'm in!

I can't believe I forgot to update all day.
I had ment to update eariler today.
It's the fifth of November! It's a V day. But better than that. It's my mom's birthday. She's not on DA, but she's a wonderful woman (whom I'm trying to convince to get on here) It's ACTUALLY the sixth that's her birthday. But I like it better on the fifth. She likes Guy Fawkes day better. And her Birthday never goes well.
Anyway. Happy Guy Fawkes day, celebrate a wonderful, wonderful day of freedom and remember that while we're under a government, our government may be corrupt, but we are free!
